Longevity Medicine · California
The longevity intelligence platform.
Medicine runs on averages. Aeturnia runs on you.
Most longevity clinics will run your labs, hand you a report, and call it a plan. Aeturnia is built differently — and for a different person.
Your genome, your biomarkers, your wearables, and your history compound into a single intelligence layer that gets more precise the longer you're in it. We turn that signal into a protocol that evolves with you. Not a population average. Not a one-time snapshot. A continuous read on how you are actually aging.
Aeturnia isn't a medical group, and we don't replace your primary doctor. We're the longevity intelligence layer — the part traditional medicine was never built to address.
"This isn't a program for everyone. It's for the person who's done reading about longevity and is ready to actually live it."
Real accountability. Real lifestyle change. A team invested in your outcomes, not your order history. The science is only as powerful as the commitment behind it.
We don't promise easy. We promise different.

Lifestyle change takes time. Three months is the floor — long enough for your protocol to start adapting to your data, short enough to commit to without overthinking it. Most patients stay longer. The platform gets more precise the longer you're in it.
The ROI isn't a number on a chart. It's the decades you get back — and how well you live them.
What's included
Your longevity intelligence platform. Your protocol. Your team. Continuous interpretation of your labs, wearables, and history. A protocol that evolves as your data evolves. Your Whoop, included and integrated directly with the platform.
Pass-through, at our cost
Labs, imaging, and supplements are ordered through Aeturnia at our cost — no markup, no kickbacks. You approve each order before it's placed. You see what we pay. You pay what we pay.

Aeturnia Inc. ("Company," "Aeturnia," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at aeturnia.com, along with related mobile applications, software pipelines, and digital services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our software.
AETURNIA IS A TECHNOLOGY AND SOFTWARE PROVIDER. WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL GROUP OR A LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. PLEASE REVIEW THIS POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR BIOMETRIC AND SOFTWARE PIPELINE DATA IS MANAGED.
Because Aeturnia acts as a continuous longevity intelligence layer, our software processes several distinct categories of information to generate your biological models:
Account Registration: Your name, email address, date of birth, biological sex, billing address, and payment credentials (processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Stripe).
Self-Reported Health Profile: Any health history questionnaires, family health backgrounds, dietary habits, or wellness goals you manually input into the Platform.
Our core software functionality relies on integrating with your third-party hardware, devices, and laboratories. When you link these accounts, our Google Firebase infrastructure automatically imports:
Wearable Metrics: Continuous physiological streams including heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), sleep staging, physical activity, skin temperature, and respiratory metrics (e.g., via WHOOP or Apple Health).
Biomarker & Lab Data: Lab reports, metabolic markers (including ApoB, glucose variations from Continuous Glucose Monitors, hs-CRP), and chemical panel metrics processed by commercial laboratory vendors.
We use the data collected strictly to operate a high-performance software dashboard and optimize our continuous data processing layers. Specific uses include:
Algorithmic Modeling: Running our proprietary software models and automated data pipelines to track your longitudinal biological trends over time.
Compiling Clinical PDF Reports: Organizing and formatting your raw biometric and laboratory data into a clean, structured PDF review summary.
Facilitating Independent Clinical Review: Transmitting your structured PDF summaries to our independent partner physician network so credentialed clinicians can perform asynchronous reviews and clinical sign-offs.
Platform Optimization: Debugging, monitoring serverless Cloud Functions, and ensuring the technical security of our database architecture.
We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal health or biometric data to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your data is shared strictly under the following operational boundaries:
To Independent Partner Physicians: We share your structured data and generated PDF summaries with independent state-licensed physician networks. These clinicians use the data solely to perform your independent medical oversight and asynchronous validation.
To Essential Infrastructure Providers: We utilize secure backend infrastructure vendors—specifically Google Firebase and Google Cloud Platform—to host our databases and process our serverless workflows. Aeturnia maintains signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with these infrastructure providers to guarantee federal-grade protection.
To Our Secure Payment Processor: All payment card processing is handled directly by Stripe. Aeturnia never stores your raw credit card numbers on our servers.
For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by a valid subpoena, court order, or to comply with Delaware corporate or California state regulations.
Encryption: All data processed by our pipelines is encrypted automatically both in transit (using Transport Layer Security - TLS) and at rest within our database storage layers.
Access Controls: We enforce strict internal identity and access management controls, ensuring that only authorized system accounts can execute data transfers or generate clinical PDF packages.
Right to Know: You have the right to request a breakdown of what personal and biometric data our software has collected and stored over the preceding 12 months.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we permanently delete your account data from our Firebase production databases (subject to standard system backup retention schedules and essential transactional record-keeping).
Right to Correct: You can directly modify inaccurate profile details or re-sync disconnected wearable streams via your account settings dashboard.
The Platform is strictly designed and authorized for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect, ingest, or process personal or biometric information from individuals under the age of 18. If we discover an account has been created by a minor, it will be deleted immediately.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect software updates or regulatory shifts. If we make material modifications to how we handle sensitive health or biometric data, we will provide a prominent notice within the Platform UI or deliver an alert directly to the email address tied to your account.
